“When the Government wanted to highlight green sources of energy, Lanco Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd was selected to set up and operate an 80 KwP solar power plant in the Parliament Annexe. Their Rooftop PV energy solution has been running successfully for over four months now, and generates upto 400 units of electricity on a daily basis. It has become a showcase of how green energies can be harnessed as a solution to India’s growing power problem,” said a Lanco spokesperson.

“Heart of India’s democracy lit up by solar energy, we are very excited successful commissioning of this project by Lanco Solar, lot of efforts have been done to complete this project as this was most prestigious project of Lanco Solar,” said V Saibaba, Chief Executive Officer, Lanco Solar Energy Pvt.
