JVC Ventures into India’s Smart TV Segment with 75-inch TV

Priced at Rs. 1,9, 9000, the JVC 75-inch smart TV comes with in-built Air Mouse or remote and an Android TV interface to provide a luxury viewing experience

The Japan Victor Company or JVC has forayed into India’s smart TV segment with the launch of 75N785C, a 75-inch 4K UHD TV. The consumer electronics brand claims that it has equipped the smart TV range with a user-friendly technology to make even the minutest detail visible to the eyesight.

The maker mainly aims to add the youth of India as its target audience by offering a bigger screen size for a better viewing experience.  Speaking on the launch, Sharan Maini, Business Development Director, JVC Group said, “India is moving towards larger sizes as the youth of India are now more aspirational and the TVs are becoming more affordable. JVC gets its luxury segment with the 75-inch Ultra HD smart tv for the newer aspirational people of India.”

TV specifications

JVC is entering the India market with the support of the Viera Group, one of the largest original equipment manufacturers (OEM) for consumer durables in the country. The 75N785C smart TV range is equipped with a screen resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and a panel that a contrast ratio of 5000:1.

It is supported by Android 4.4 and allows access to apps like Netflix, Amazon and many more. JVC has come up with a dual-core processor for the TV for a seamless browsing experience.

Storage capacity

The TV is Powered with 1GB RAM and storage space up to 8GB to help the user access and store files and application without hassle. It comes with 20W inbuilt Box Speakers with bass and treble adjustment facility to offer an overall enhanced audio-visual experience.

A user can stream content from the smartphone with the Mobile High-definition Link (MHL) feature. The smart TV can be connected to any smart device using the various connectivity options such as 3 HDMI and 2 USB Slots.

Easily navigate all functions of the TV with an inbuilt Air Mouse. The product is already available with Kohinoor retail stores and other retail stores across parts of India.
