Magna has recently achieved a significant milestone by securing its inaugural award for a Dedicated Hybrid Drive (DHD) Duo system with a prominent Chinese OEM, marking a strategic move in the global electrification efforts by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The DHD Duo system by Magna stands out with its longitudinal front-drive configuration, incorporating an advanced dual e-motor and multi-speed design. This high-powered 800V system is designed to deliver an exceptionally smooth and comfortable driving experience, thereby placing Magna at the vanguard of hybrid technology innovation.

The DHD Duo system is uniquely engineered to integrate seamlessly into both passenger and commercial vehicles without the need for structural changes, thanks to its compact and highly integrated dog clutch technology.
