Matrix Comsec awarded as one of India’s 100 innovative SME Company by INC. Magazine

February 9, 2015: Matrix has been recognised for its constant endeavour in bringing about smart innovations in its products at the ‘Innovative 100’ Awards 2014 hosted by reputed USA based INC. magazine. This award has been conferred upon Matrix for its exceptional efforts in bringing about technological innovations in its products. Customers trust in brand Matrix and its rapid acceptance in more than 40 countries worldwide exemplify quality and engineering of its products.

The coveted magazine also awarded Matrix’s CEO Ganesh Jivani with the award of India’s top 30 innovative CEOs. This comes as recognition for his ability to lead the organisation and employees by crafting a unique leadership style that has brought employee fulfillment and growth in business. Its two decades of operations, Matrix has been consistently growing in terms of revenue and market share.

Inc. India Innovative 100 award is first of its kind initiative to recognize 100 pioneer mid-sized companies whose ideas, approaches, and tools are unique. Main objective of Inc. India was to identify and bring forward innovative mid-sized organizations in India who through their innovative actions have introduced breakthrough changes in the Indian context and can become role models for others to emulate.

The Innovative 100 Awards had nine categories across different business functions and each award was judged on four parameters of uniqueness of idea, reliability, scalability and tangible business impact.
