JSW MG Motor India has unveiled the MG Windsor, which is equipped with a variety of unique features for its segment and a lifetime battery warranty. Bookings for the new model will open on October 3, 2024.

JSW MG Motor India has unveiled the pricing for the newly launched MG Windsor, which starts at Rs 13,49,800 (Ex-Showroom). Presented as India’s first Intelligent Crossover Utility Vehicle (CUV), the MG Windsor merges the characteristics of both a sedan and an SUV.

The vehicle boasts several features and industry-leading attributes, such as a lifetime battery warranty for the initial owner, a verified 332 km range on a single charge, and one year of complimentary charging at public stations via the eHUB by MG app. Moreover, customers are guaranteed a 60% buyback value after three years or 45,000 kilometres. Reservations for the MG Windsor are set to open on October 3, 2024.

The CUV is designed with an aerodynamic shape, expansive interiors, robust safety systems, advanced connectivity options, enhanced driving comfort, and various cutting-edge technologies. It will be offered in four hues: Starburst Black, Pearl White, Clay Beige, and Turquoise Green.

The Ex-Showroom price tags for the different MG Windsor models are as follows: the Excite model is available at Rs 13,49,800, the Exclusive at Rs 14,49,800, and the Essence at Rs 15,49,800.

Satinder Singh Bajwa, Chief Commercial Officer at JSW MG Motor India, expressed that MG Windsor is designed to ease the shift towards an electric vehicle lifestyle through its strategic pricing and features, potentially motivating more consumers to consider electric vehicles.

The Windsor is characterised by its AeroGlide design, which breaks away from traditional categorization. Its interiors are equipped with luxurious Aero Lounge seats that recline up to 135 degrees and an expansive Infinity View Glass Roof, enhancing the premium feel. Entertainment and connectivity needs are met by a 15.6-inch GRANDVIEW Touch Display centred on the console.

Equipped with a 38 kWh Li-ion battery pack, which holds an IP67 rating, the MG Windsor delivers 100 kW (136 ps) of power and 200 Nm of torque across four driving modes: Eco+, Eco, Normal, and Sport. This setup enables a 332 km certified range on a single charge.
