The new facility is particularly designed to support high-volume manufacturing
To expand its production capacity and meet global demand, nanosystec GmbH has moved to a new, significantly larger facility in Gross-Umstadt, Germany.
The company’s new location is Landwehr 12, 64823 Gross-Umstadt, which is four time bigger than its production area, enabling nanosystec to expand manufacturing of complex assembly and testing systems while improving operational flexibility, process stability, and production efficiency. Despite the move, the company has chosen to remain close to its previous location to ensure continuity for employees, suppliers, and ongoing operations.
The new facility is particularly designed to support high-volume manufacturing, with optimised workflows, improved process organisation, and additional space for future projects. As mentioned, MD Christiane Hummelt, the relocation marks a major milestone in the company’s growth journey and strengthens its ability to deliver technologically advanced solutions to customers worldwide.
Production Manager Karen Siegenthaler shared that the larger workspace creates new opportunities for more efficient manufacturing processes and better handling of complex production systems.
With the new facility, Nanosystec plans to make its position stronger as a technology and innovation partner while enhancing scalability and long-term production capabilities.
