Doosan plans to leverage NVIDIA’s AI platforms to strengthen its presence in robotics, energy systems and next-generation computing infrastructure.
NVIDIA and Doosan Group are deepening their strategic partnership to capitalize on growing opportunities in physical AI, industrial robotics, AI data centers and next-generation computing infrastructure.
The collaboration brings together NVIDIA’s AI computing platforms with Doosan’s expertise in robotics, industrial equipment, power generation and advanced materials, creating opportunities across multiple layers of the emerging AI infrastructure ecosystem.
A major focus of the partnership is robotics. Doosan Robotics plans to integrate NVIDIA’s simulation, AI and edge computing technologies into its Agentic Robot OS platform to develop smarter industrial robots capable of operating in dynamic environments. The initiative is expected to improve automation capabilities in manufacturing and industrial settings while supporting new applications for collaborative and autonomous robots.
The company is also exploring AI-powered solutions for specialized industrial tasks and future robot designs, including dual-arm and humanoid systems. These efforts align with Doosan Robotics’ broader strategy to transition from a hardware-focused robot manufacturer to a provider of AI-driven robotics solutions.
Beyond robotics, Doosan Bobcat is evaluating NVIDIA’s physical AI technologies for construction, agriculture, landscaping and material-handling equipment. The goal is to develop more autonomous machinery that can better understand and respond to changing operating conditions, potentially creating new standards for compact autonomous equipment.
The partnership also addresses one of the biggest challenges facing AI infrastructure: power. Doosan Enerbility is exploring how its portfolio of power generation technologies, including gas turbines, steam turbines, hydrogen fuel cells and small modular reactors, can support the growing energy requirements of AI factories and large-scale data centers.
Meanwhile, Doosan Corporation Electro-Materials BG is contributing advanced materials used in high-performance printed circuit boards that support AI servers, networking equipment and accelerated computing systems. As AI workloads continue to increase, demand for these specialized materials is expected to rise.
The expanded collaboration positions Doosan to benefit from accelerating investment in AI infrastructure while strengthening NVIDIA’s ecosystem across robotics, energy and data center technologies.
