Orbit and Skyline, Founded in 2009, has more than 500 engineers and offers services including turnkey (fabrication facility) fab solutions, OEM engineering support, and lifecycle management of semiconductor toolsets. Operating from its India headquarters and with teams worldwide, the company provides support for over 3000 tools used by clients such as TSMC, LAM Research, GlobalFoundries, STMicroelectronics, and Texas Instruments.
Orbit and Skyline, a semiconductor services provider with over 15 years of experience, is contributing to India’s semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem through engineering support and operations across global fabs.
The company’s portfolio covers both CMOS and compound semiconductor fabs, including tool installation, preventive maintenance, legacy tool support, and performance upgrades aimed at extending equipment life and improving operational efficiency.
Addressing the ongoing industry challenge of skilled labour shortages, Orbit and Skyline is investing in workforce development through a Centre of Excellence focused on training engineers to handle legacy deposition and cleaning tools in fab environments.
