Rakesh Chauhan has been appointed as Director to kick off Indian operations. Responsible for setting up and managing overall business operations in India, Rakesh is a veteran in the Indian air conditioning business with over 26 years of experience that incorporates establishing and leading air-conditioning brands. He has held various senior management positions in the field of Sales, marketing and General Management for Carrier, Voltas and Fujitsu General (EGPL), and LG electronics.
Hisense HVAC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Qingdao Hisense Hitachi Air-conditioning Systems Co., Ltd. has started its India operations. A recent product launch event was held in Bangkok, Thailand; where it launched its smart and reliable HVAC solutions for the Indian market.
