Bringing over 25 years of experience, Shrihari Bhat becomes the new CEO of Orient Technologies, eyeing to drive further growth, digital transformation, and innovation.
Orient Technologies Ltd, an Indian IT services provider has appointed Shrihari Bhat as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from 1st January 2025. The company’s Board of Directors had earlier confirmed the appointment in November 2024.
According to Orient, with over 25 years of experience, Shrihari Bhat is set to steer the company through its next phase of growth and innovation. Prior to joining Orient Technologies, Shrihari served as Division Executive for International Markets at FIS and held senior roles at NCR and FirstData (now Fiserv).
Besides India, he has also had a significant tenure in Singapore. His expertise in cross-border operations and regulatory environments will be key in scaling innovative solutions worldwide.
As a CEO, Shrihari’s leadership will focus on advancing Orient Technologies’ digital transformation, expanding its service offerings, and enhancing customer value. The company aims to further solidify its position in the IT components and services sector.
Orient’s Chairman and Managing Director, Ajay Sawant, expressed confidence in Shrihari’s ability to lead. He stated, “His in-depth knowledge and industry expertise, combined with his visionary approach, will be instrumental in guiding the company as we continue to expand our presence and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.”
