Legrand India, a provider of electrical and digital building infrastructure, has announced new appointments aimed at driving the company’s growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The company has named Satpal Singh as the new Director of Sales, and Nisha Samuel has joined as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Additionally, Ravindran SK has been promoted to Chief Business Officer at Legrand Group’s subsidiary Numeric, which specialises in UPS manufacturing.
According to the company, this move is a part of Legrand’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its market position and enhance its customer offerings.
Satpal Singh will lead the company’s sales strategy in his new role, focusing on expanding its market reach and delivering exceptional customer value. With more than 20 years of experience across sectors such as manufacturing, oil and gas, and energy, Singh has demonstrated leadership, particularly in business transformation and governance. He has been with Legrand for over seven years and recently served as CEO of Numeric.
With a diverse background spanning 26 years across industries such as services, consumer durables, and chemicals, Nisha Samuel will lead HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, rewards, and building a high-performance culture.
According to the company, her experience in leading multicultural teams and driving transformational HR initiatives will be valuable to the organisation.
As the CBO of Numeric, Legrand Group, Ravindran SK will oversee operations nationwide, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, resource optimisation, and key partnerships. He brings a wealth of experience in sales, product marketing, and mergers and acquisitions.
