PSB Industries’ Argon Speciality Gas Dryers provide ultra-low moisture levels of less than 1.0 ppmv and support flow capacities ranging from 3,600 to 70,000 SCFH. F
PSB Industries has highlighted its latest range of Speciality Gas Dryers designed for the electronics manufacturing sector, offering advanced gas purification solutions for argon, helium, nitrogen, and hydrogen applications.
The company said the dryers are engineered to deliver high-purity gas performance and operational efficiency for critical semiconductor and electronics production processes. The systems feature dual tower desiccant designs, automatic cycling, electric heat regeneration, and modular configurations to support continuous industrial operations.
PSB Industries’ Argon Speciality Gas Dryers provide ultra-low moisture levels of less than 1.0 ppmv and support flow capacities ranging from 3,600 to 70,000 SCFH. For helium applications, the company offers purification and recovery systems capable of removing water vapor, trace CO2, and hydrogen impurities through cryogenic purification technologies.
The Nitrogen Speciality Gas Dryers integrate deoxygenation reactors, heat exchangers, gas-liquid separators, and dual tower desiccant dryers to achieve high gas purity with no nitrogen loss during operation. The systems support capacities between 500 and 40,000 kg/h.
Meanwhile, the Hydrogen Speciality Gas Dryers are designed for oxygen contamination removal and moisture reduction while minimising hydrogen loss. These systems support capacities from 50 to 40,000 kg/h and are compatible with multiple hydrogen production sources.
According to the company, the speciality gas dryers are aimed at helping electronics manufacturers improve gas purity, process reliability, and production efficiency across a wide range of industrial applications.
