Qnity Electronics has appointed Ken Rizvi as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1.
Rizvi is a seasoned semiconductor finance executive with decades of experience leading finance organisations across the semiconductor ecosystem. Qnity said his experience as a public company CFO, along with his expertise in capital allocation, operational excellence, and financial management, will support the company’s growth and value creation strategy.
Michael Goss, who has been serving as Qnity’s interim CFO, will transition to the role of Vice President, Finance and Controllership, effective October 1.
“Ken’s proven track record as a public company CFO, combined with decades of experience leading finance organisations across the semiconductor ecosystem, makes him an ideal leader for our team,” said Jon Kemp, CEO, Qnity Electronics.
Rizvi said his experience in the semiconductor industry has highlighted the importance of materials innovation in enabling successive generations of technology. He added that he looks forward to working with Qnity’s leadership team to capitalise on opportunities in the semiconductor market.
