Quest Global Acquires BITSILICA to Boost Semiconductor Capabilities

The acquisition marks a strategic step for Quest Global in reinforcing its leadership in the semiconductor industry

Quest Global has announced the acquisition of BITSILICA, an India-based semiconductor design services firm, in a move aimed at strengthening its semiconductor offerings and expanding its global footprint. The acquisition aligns with Quest Global’s strategy to build full-stack capabilities spanning concept-to-silicon-to-software and enhance its ability to support global semiconductor customers.

The integration of BITSILICA’s capabilities is expected to complement Quest Global’s existing strengths as a leading engineering solutions provider. In particular, BITSILICA’s strong focus on design verification will significantly enhance Quest Global’s competencies in functional and formal verification, gate-level simulations, power-aware verification, validation, and emulation. This will further support the company in addressing complex engineering challenges, especially in the automotive semiconductor segment.
