New office to drive engineering roles in SoC development, performance optimisation, and next-gen storage technologies
U.S. based flash storage and memory solutions provider ScaleFlux announced the inauguration of its new office in India, located in Bellandur, Bengaluru.
The Company will expand operations and strengthen its technology innovation capabilities while in the region.

ScaleFlux sees India emerging as a key hub for engineering talent and digital infrastructure, and Bengaluru based new office will serve as Company’s design and innovation centre focused on storage technologies for AI, cloud, and hyperscale infrastructure.
Company mentions the India team will play a key role in global product development. They will be contributing to areas such as ASIC/SoC design, storage architecture, performance optimisation, and platform validation.
To expand further, the Company has previously invested $30 million in India. It also plans to invest an additional $30 million over the next 2–3 years, and hire 100+ engineers during this period.

India’s has a strong engineering talent ecosystem, which will enable the Company to accelerate innovation and build next-generation storage technologies, says Hao Zhong, CEO and co-founder, ScaleFlux. “India represents a critical pillar in our global innovation strategy, and the launch of our Design and Innovation Center in Bengaluru marks a significant milestone in our growth journey”, he further added.
ScaleFlux India MD Romesh Mehta says, “Our focus will be on developing high-impact capabilities across chip design, system integration, and storage performance, while creating opportunities for specialised talent to work on complex, real-world infrastructure challenges.”
The Company will be creating opportunities for specialised talent in semiconductor design, storage architecture, and system-level optimisation.
