Tuesday, April 08, 2014: The new website of ASM Assembly Systems (www.siplace.com) went online on October 12 with a new layout and an updated and more customer-oriented user interface. The goal of the re-launch: to create not just an information database, but a communication platform. With the latest news, direct contact information and many options for getting in touch with the SIPLACE team, the new website functions as a communication partner who is available around the clock.

With new contents and tools and a totally revised design, the website of ASM Assembly Systems (www.siplace.com) is now even more informative and communication-oriented. The designers focused on building a smart and easy-to-user interface as much as on a clean and modern layout. “We consider our new website to be an additional customer representative: open and competent, but available around the clock,” said Gabriela Reckewerth, the company’s global marketing director.

All the latest information at a glance The entire relaunch of the SIPLACE website was based on a simple idea: being able to provide friendly, comprehensive and competent advice – just like an experienced SIPLACE partner. To enable interested electronics manufacturers to get quick and easy answers to their questions, the website offers two different approaches. The information-oriented version allows users to find facts and downloads for SIPLACE products in the areas of hardware, software and services. If a user requires support for a specific step within his SMT production workflow, however, the requirements-oriented approach is recommended. This is where manufacturers will find SIPLACE solutions based on categories like scheduling, NPI and optimization.

Of course, the new site also features the latest information about new products and events, everything about the company itself, information about careers at SIPLACE, as well as interesting features on industries, applications, and solutions for specific challenges. The social media accounts of the SIPLACE team can be reached quickly and easily via direct links on every page.

MySIPLACE and other practical tools
The new www.siplace.com also offers everything that regular visitors and customers have always appreciated and more: the SIPLACE training portal, nozzle and spare parts catalogs, the image database and tools for managing licenses online and downloading data sheets and specifications continue to be available for registered users in mySIPLACE.

The new www.siplace.com website will be available to visitors around the clock as a virtual point of contact.
