The duo aims to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions for modern property management. The move is welcoming, especially when ‘sustainable-smart tech’ is taking all over.
NineSmart, a property tech innovator and Uniforce, a security and facility solutions provider, have collaborated to launch a fully integrated smart property management and security system at the Build4Asia 2025 exhibition. Their exhibition drew industry attention for presenting unified, tech-forward solutions in property and security.
Smart Property is a modular, AI-driven, IoT-integrated platform on a mobile app with cloud access. Designed for residential, commercial, and clubhouse environments, it consolidates access control, video intercom, visitor registration, elevator access, and facility booking into one platform. Easy permissions, analyse access patterns, automation, and real-time monitoring are the positives.
User benefits include enhanced experiences, from contactless smart access through dynamic QR codes, NFC, Octopus, and facial recognition to remote unlocking, visitor QR code generations, all managed via mobile.
For legacy buildings, the system allows seamless integration with existing infrastructure through real-time cloud syncs and offline operations. It supports e-payments, smart intercom, and real-time alerts for enhanced tenant and resident experience.
NineSmart CEO Lucas Mo stated, “We are pleased to partner with the renowned Uniforce, integrating next-gen technology, high-quality equipment, and industry intelligence to extend the application of Smart Property.”
Advanced CCTV and smart carpark systems, built on high-definition Sony-based Korean tech and Jieshun’s Java platform. CCTV features include 1080p clarity, metal dome cameras for all weather purposes, motion detection, and remote live viewing. The carpark system includes 99% all-weather License Plate Recognition (LPR), Octopus-enabled unmanned access, and AI-driven parking analytics for dual-lane traffic and dynamic allocation.
Customizable and scalable, the system offers remote maintenance, dual-machine algos for curves, SDKs for third-party integration, and robust operations even in challenging environments.
Uniforce General Manager Man Kwok added, “The seamless integration of both systems provides with a one-stop, efficient, and comprehensive solution that meets market demand, saves labor costs, optimizes security and operational processes in the long run.”
