Sparsh CCTV, Cron AI Partner To Drive Security And Infrastructure Automation

This alliance promises enhanced safety and efficiency across smart cities, critical infrastructure, and autonomous systems, bringing advanced real-time monitoring and automation to the forefront of global security solutions.

In a collaboration, Sparsh CCTVhas partnered with Cron AI, an innovator in 3D perception technology, to redefine video surveillance and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This strategic alliance will integrate advanced technologies, including LiDAR, 3D perception, and edge computing, aiming to enhance security, safety, and automation across transportation hubs, smart cities, border security, and critical infrastructure.

Cron AI’s senseEDGE technology will be embedded into Sparsh’s advanced CCTV systems, creating an adaptable video surveillance solution that includes real-time tracking, object detection, velocity measurement, and classification. This technology, collaboratively developed between India and the UK and manufactured in India, will cater to domestic and global markets, positioning it as a formidable competitor in intelligent surveillance.

This partnership extends beyond traditional security, targeting ITS and infrastructure automation to optimize flow management in high-traffic venues like airports and smart city infrastructure. It aims to improve safety and efficiency in complex environments by integrating advanced detection capabilities, offering valuable insights into crowd density, intrusion, and flow management. The combined power of LiDAR, camera, and 3D perception technologies offers transformative applications across various sectors. In smart cities, real-time data improves traffic flow and pedestrian safety, enabling quick responses to risks like jaywalking and sudden vehicle stops. For autonomous vehicles, these integrated systems enhance navigation by accurately classifying obstacles and road conditions.

In critical infrastructure, high-precision monitoring distinguishes between authorised personnel and potential threats. Industrial safety benefits through spatial awareness, as equipment pauses automatically when people are nearby. Urban infrastructure management gains insights into crowding and bottlenecks, optimizing public space usage and urban planning. “Our partnership with Cron AI is a leap toward technology-driven security,” stated Sanjeev Sehgal, Sparsh CCTV’s Managing Director. Cron AI’s CEO, Tushar Chhabra, echoed the sentiment, emphasising the transformative potential of their 3D perception technology in real-world applications.
