Trane Launches New Advanced 5th Gen DC Inverter VRF System

The latest inverter system by Trane has been engineered to offer best-in-class efficiency, high reliability, enhanced comfort and convenient operations

Trane, a leading global provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, launched a full DC inverter variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system – Genyue5+, in the Indian and SAARC markets.

The new advanced fifth generation inverter is specifically designed to meet the needs across sectors like retail, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, educational institutions, etc.

With the introduction of new inverter, Trane has enhanced its portfolio of Commercial Unitary products to effectively address the increasing needs of its customers as well as focus on furthering energy efficiency and savings as envisioned in the National Cooling Action Plan (NCAP) of Government of India.

Commenting on the development, Sanjeev Seth, Country Leader, HVAC & Transport, India & SAARC Markets, Ingersoll Rand, said, “Genyue5+ has been designed keeping in mind our customer need for better efficiency in their operations and lower energy consumption while improving capacity, ensuring reliability and delivering ease of operations.

“The advanced system will provide 26 per cent better efficiency with its compact design saving upto 30 per cent more space in the customer premises. We are committed to introducing pioneering technology and products that enhance customer experience and help our customers achieve their sustainability goals in the long run,” he added.

The latest inverter system by Trane has been engineered to offer best-in-class efficiency, high reliability, enhanced comfort and convenient operations. The product also enhances performance and energy savings significantly through accurate temperature control for a comfortable and stable environment.

Key features

The inverter is equipped with advanced DC technology that helps the compressor operates more smoothly with more efficiency and lower noise. In addition, it has broad operating range that is appropriate for different areas with different climates.

The performance of the latest inverter is advanced substantially to enhance self-adaptive adjusting capacity of the system. Trane has also rigorously tested the product as per stringent quality standards to ensure a safe, efficient and comfortable HVAC system.

With its GEN Network Control, Genyue5+ is easy to control. The new product features an advanced 15-inch touch screen controller that is suitable for energy management and third-party building management system.
