Designed for mid-to-large enterprises, TVSE Aikya offering AI-led monitoring, hybrid cloud, network and security management.
TVS Electronics has launched a new AI-powered Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) platform, ‘TVSE Aikya’, designed to help enterprises streamline and secure their IT systems, and to keep IT operations running smoothly, resolve problems faster, and reduce system downtime.
The platform integrates automation, artificial intelligence, and operational intelligence to manage key IT functions, including workplace services, hybrid cloud management, network operations, cybersecurity, and cross-functional support. According to the company, the platform is built using open-source tools, helping businesses avoid licensing costs while maintaining transparency and flexibility.
TVSE Aikya is tailored for mid to large-sized organisations across industries such as Finance, manufacturing, retail, and hospitality. It runs from TVSE’s Infrastructure Managed Service (IMS) Capability Centre in Chennai, which serves as the central hub for operations and incident management.
Some of the key features of the platform include intelligent monitoring, automated incident handling, omnichannel user support, and reusable orchestration workflows. Gen-AI powered bots and real-time dashboards allow businesses to identify system faults, reduce downtime, and respond more quickly to disruptions.
“The complexity of enterprise IT infrastructure today demands a new approach,” said Ram Prebagar, Vice President and Business Unit Head at TVS Electronics. “With Aikya, we’ve focused on integrating field service capability with automated back-end tools to give companies more control and reliability in managing their IT assets.”
The move comes at a time when the Indian IMS market is expanding. In 2024, the sector was valued at ₹438.57 billion and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.7% through 2033, according to the IMARC Group.
TVSE’s broader capabilities include a manufacturing facility in Tumakuru and a 150-seat call management centre that supports over two hundred thousand service requests every month. The company also runs a service initiative that provides same-day support for retail clients in most districts across India.
