Vishwakarma Institutes Collaborate With Kinetic Green To Boost Skill Development

The partnership encompasses industrial training programs, internships, and initiatives for faculty development.

Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Limited, a company that produces electric two- and three-wheelers, recently formally collaborated with Vishwakarma Institutes and University (VI&U) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The partnership is designed to enhance skill-based training, research, and education, bridging the gap between industry expectations and academic offerings. The collaboration intends to prepare students for burgeoning careers in new technology sectors by integrating real-world applications into their learning process.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kinetic Green will provide students and faculty at VI&U with practical training opportunities. This includes access to the company’s laboratories, workshops, and industrial sites, fostering a hands-on learning environment. In turn, VI&U will tailor its academic programs to better meet the demands of the industry, concentrating on equipping students with skills directly applicable to their future careers. The cooperation extends to include industrial training sessions, internships, and initiatives aimed at faculty development, alongside joint research projects focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainable automotive technologies.

The partnership also allows students from VI&U to engage in marketing projects and AI-focused internships with Kinetic Green, promoting innovation within the automotive industry. These opportunities are part of a broader effort to stimulate creativity and technological advancement through practical experience.

Sulajja Firodia Motwani, the Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions, highlighted the significance of this industry-academia partnership. She articulated that the alliance is set to furnish students with pertinent industry knowledge and practical expertise, which are essential for fostering an environment of learning and innovation.

On the academic side, Bharat Agarwal, President of VI&U, elaborated on the advantages of this collaborative approach.
