VPG Foil Resistors, a Vishay Precision Group company, has partnered with Source Technologi to expand its presence in the Indian market, targeting high-growth sectors such as aerospace and defence, industrial automation, telecom infrastructure, and semiconductors.
The partnership will provide engineering and technical teams in India access to VPG’s portfolio of high-precision resistor technologies designed for applications requiring high accuracy, low temperature drift, and long-term stability.
The portfolio includes Bulk Metal Foil technologies such as ultra-precision, hermetically sealed and surface-mount chip resistors, along with precision resistor networks and voltage dividers. It also includes current-sensing, thermosensitive, power and general-purpose resistors.
VPG also offers trimmers, potentiometers, standard resistors and decade resistance boxes for measurement and calibration applications. The company provides customised resistor solutions based on specific electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements.

He added that the company will showcase its precision resistor technologies to distribution partners, EMS providers and OEMs at electronica India 2026.
