Launching custom solutions and virtual assistants that enhance customer service and streamline operations, Wipro partners with NVIDIA to boost AI for improved efficiency.

Wipro Limited has announced new initiatives collaborating with NVIDIA, using the latter’s AI stack to help clients across various industries, including healthcare, communications, and financial services.

As the company noted noted, the collaboration will expand into digital manufacturing and digital twins through NVIDIA Omniverse, enhancing value for global customers. Its Enterprise Generative AI (WeGA) Studio will leverage NVIDIA AI Enterprise software, including NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints and NVIDIA NeMo, to create customised solutions that improve processing speed and deliver significant value across its service portfolio.

Wipro intends to enhance customer service by creating custom AI virtual assistants for call centers using the NIM Agent Blueprint. These assistants, powered by NVIDIA NIM and NeMo microservices, will help staff-aid customers. Integrating NVIDIA technologies into WeGA Studio will allow Wipro to focus on responsible AI practices, prioritising accuracy, transparency, and security. The solutions can be deployed either on-premises or in the cloud to meet data privacy regulations.

Furthermore, Wipro is rolling out healthcare solutions that leverage NVIDIA AI. According to the company, it will enhance member experiences, boost enrollment, and improve claims processing within programmes like the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and Medicaid.

Additionally, NVIDIA-powered solutions will enhance efficiency and affordability in supply chain management, contact centres, marketing, finance, and HR. Wipro is providing ready-to-use templates for creating intelligent AI applications in document processing, drug discovery, customer service, and claims processing, using NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints to expedite customer value delivery.

John Fanelli, vice president of enterprise software at NVIDIA, highlighted that enterprises are eager to leverage generative AI for business transformation. “Using NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints, Wipro WeGA can help accelerate AI adoption, enhance customer experiences and optimise operations to rapidly develop and deploy customised generative AI applications across industries,” he noted.

Nagendra Bandaru, President and Managing Partner – Enterprise Futuring at Wipro, stated the need for measurable benefits to drive AI adoption.

He explained that Wipro’s WeGA Studio, built on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, employs NIM Agent Blueprints to deploy AI virtual assistants that improve user experiences and streamline operations.

As Wipro moves forward with this deal, simultaneously, Tata Consultancy Services has also partnered with NVIDIA to boost AI adoption among its clients across industries. Although neither of the companies has disclosed any financial details regarding the collaboration.
