Low power LEDs
In September 2013, SemiLEDs introduced a low power LED series—the 3030, which targets indoor solid state lighting applications such as MR and PAR lamps, as well as high lumen output downlights.
It is a low current (150mA) device with a forward voltage of around 6 V, making it ideal for 6V and 12V low voltage applications such as low voltage track lighting. Its price is such that it can save money against existing devices like a 5630 package and power LEDs.
