COB series
In July 2013, SemiLEDs launched its chip-on-board (COB) series of LEDs, ranging from 10 W to 120 W. The COBs have the highest efficacy of up to 120 lm/W, a high lumen maintenance (≤ 5 per cent decay at 90°C/6000 hrs), and the lowest thermal resistance (Rth ≤ 0.5°C/ W); they have an extended lifetime and ensure better colour quality. With these products, it is easy to meet energy standards, and they are compatible with efficient driver systems. They have holders and clamps that are ready for mounting, and are perfectly matched with reflectors and lenses.
