ICTC Acquires Trinity Manufacturing to Expand US Cable, Harness Capacity

Trinity Manufacturing brings additional cable and wire harness manufacturing capabilities to ICTC’s existing operations

Interconnect Cable Technologies Corporation (ICTC), a global contract manufacturer, has acquired Trinity Manufacturing Corporation, a cable and wire harness manufacturer based in Bradenton, Florida.

The acquisition expands ICTC’s domestic manufacturing footprint and increases its US-based production capacity. It will also strengthen the company’s capabilities in ground support wire harnesses and electronic box builds.

Trinity Manufacturing brings additional cable and wire harness manufacturing capabilities to ICTC’s existing operations. The acquisition also expands ICTC’s presence in Florida and adds capacity to support both existing and future customer requirements.

“This acquisition is an important step in the continued growth of ICTC,” said Sareet Majumdar, president of ICTC. “By expanding our domestic footprint and increasing our manufacturing capacity, we are better positioned to support our customers and their evolving requirements.”
