Premier Energies Commissions 5.6 GW Solar Facility In Telangana

The Company crossed 10 GW module capacity with advanced G12R TOPCon 0BB panels and will produce four modules every 16 seconds!

Premier Energies Limited has commissioned its 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility at Seetharampur, Telangana. Company has also commenced trial production at this unit.

Company claims that this unit, which is spread across 75 acres, is expected to create approximately 2,000 jobs for locals.

Premier Energies informed its investors that after this capacity addition, total solar module capacity has now touched 11.1 GW and will be able to serve domestic and global markets.

The Company claims that this new facility can produce four G12R TOPCon high-efficiency modules every 16 seconds with the help of automation.

The facility incorporates AI-powered fault detection to identify and correct defects in real time.

According to Chiranjeev Saluja, Managing Director of Premier Energies “We are positioning ourselves to deliver reliable, high-efficiency solutions at scale and support India’s clean energy transition.”
