The collaboration is designed to leverage the brands’ global product expertise
Amber Enterprises India has entered into a manufacturing collaboration agreement with Oppo Mobiles India Private Limited, strengthening its presence in the country’s smartphone manufacturing sector.
As part of the partnership, Amber Group will manufacture smartphones in India for brands operated under Oppo India, including Oppo, OnePlus, and Realme. The collaboration is designed to leverage the brands’ global product expertise alongside Amber’s manufacturing scale, operational efficiency, and robust local supply chain capabilities.
According to Amber, the agreement highlights Oppo India’s confidence in the company’s ability to deliver high-quality products consistently at scale. The partnership also provides Amber with an opportunity to further expand its footprint as a leading provider of business-to-business electronics manufacturing services.
“This collaboration reflects our strong manufacturing capabilities and reinforces our ability to support globally recognised brands with quality, reliability, value addition, and scale,” said Jasbir Singh, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amber Enterprises India.
Both companies stated that production will be scaled up in phases, with plans to explore additional areas of collaboration in the future. The alliance is expected to generate operational synergies while further strengthening Amber’s position as a preferred manufacturing partner in India’s growing electronics ecosystem.
