Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership with Sangam India Ltd to decarbonise the textile company’s operations across Rajasthan.
Sangam India, the flagship textile arm of the Sangam Group, is headquartered in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, according to a regulatory filing.
As part of the collaboration, the companies have signed a hybrid renewable energy supply agreement that will deliver 30 MWp of solar power and 20 MW of wind energy. The project will also be supported by a 2 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), ensuring reliable and consistent power supply to five Sangam facilities across the state.
The energy will be sourced from CleanMax’s Bhikamkor hybrid renewable farm under an intra-state group captive structure, enabling efficient and cost-effective power distribution.
CleanMax has an established presence in Rajasthan, with renewable energy projects located in Bhikamkor and Bikaner. As of March 31, 2026, the company has achieved an operational capacity of 525 MW in the state.

S R Dakhera, Chief Financial Officer at Sangam India Ltd, noted that the collaboration provides access to hybrid renewable energy backed by storage, supporting stable operations across multiple facilities while advancing the company’s long-term decarbonisation goals.
