Securing $5.5 million in Series A funding, Elecbits aims to accelerate innovation and scale its electronic design platform.
Full stack electronics design and manufacturing startup Elecbits has raised 5.5 million dollars in a Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from SE Ventures and Riverwalk Holdings. The capital will be used to scale the company’s AI powered electronics engineering and manufacturing platform and expand its in house design and production capabilities.
Founded in 2019 by Saurav Kumar Singh and Nikhil Rawat, Gurugram based Elecbits aims to build the digital and physical infrastructure to position India as a global electronics hub. The startup digitises the fragmented hardware supply chain, covering design, prototyping, manufacturing, quality checks, and delivery on a single, vertically integrated platform.
Elecbits currently works with over 200 clients, including Panasonic, Schneider Electric, Motherson, Maruti Suzuki, Zetwerk, Urban Company, OLA, and Valeo, supporting hardware across digital payments, power electronics, IT hardware, automotive, and consumer electronics. Its XOR platform offers instant quotes, part intelligence, transparent supply chains, and risk management tools to accelerate movement from prototype to mass production.
“Electronics powers every modern innovation, yet building hardware has always been painfully slow. At Elecbits, we aren’t just driving the change, we are engineering the operating system for the future of Indian electronics,” said co founder Nikhil Rawat. Anand Datta, partner at Nexus Venture Partners, noted that Elecbits addresses foundational inefficiencies in India’s hardware ecosystem, enabling faster, more precise, and globally competitive electronics production.
The new funding positions Elecbits to strengthen India’s electronics manufacturing capabilities and accelerate delivery of high quality, end to end hardware solutions for enterprise clients.
