Garuda Aerospace has recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australia-based Timed Automation Solutions (TAS) to explore collaboration in autonomous drone technologies and enterprise aerial operations.
The collaboration will focus on technical cooperation, knowledge sharing, product distribution, joint development, and participation in domestic and international projects. The collaboration combines Garuda Aerospace’s capabilities in drone manufacturing and drone-based solutions with TAS’s expertise in autonomous aerial operations and enterprise drone platforms.
TAS’s platform includes drone-in-a-box orchestration, fleet and site control, AI-assisted image review, and enterprise integrations. The companies will explore non-exclusive opportunities to integrate their complementary technologies for applications including agriculture, infrastructure inspection, and remote operations.

Shakil Mansoor, Founder and Director, Timed Automation Solutions, said the collaboration aligns with TAS’s vision of building a scalable, software-driven UAV ecosystem in Australia. The companies aim to combine Garuda Aerospace’s manufacturing capabilities with TAS’s SkyStream platform to develop flexible and scalable solutions for industries adopting autonomous operations.
As part of the collaboration, Garuda Aerospace and TAS will also explore pilot deployments across Australia and New Zealand to evaluate real-world applications and operational workflows. The partnership comes as Garuda Aerospace expands its international footprint and explores opportunities in autonomous drone technologies and global markets. The company secured export licence approvals in 2025, supporting its potential expansion into the Australian market.
