The controller can automatically calculate collision- sensitivity values, while self-learning vibration tuning reduces repeated parameter adjustments. High-precision trajectory control and curve interpolation can support processes including glueing, polishing and sewing. Vision-based sorting can also help identify products by characteristics such as type, colour and size, with one vision system capable of driving multiple robots in certain applications.
Collaborative robots extend automation into tasks where flexibility and frequent changeovers are important. Inovance’s U4, U8, U13 and U18 collaborative robot range includes features such as zero-offset recovery after collision and one-touch recovery, helping reduce recalibration and downtime in suitable applications. The range is designed for applications including glueing, laser cutting and other processes requiring trajectory accuracy.
