Manmohan Handa becomes the director of BEL Bangalore complex

Friday, June 27, 2014: Manmohan Handa is the new dierctor of the Defence PSU Bharat Electronics Limited’s Bangalore Complex. Prior to this, Handa was working as the general manage of BEL’s Missile Systems Strategic Business Unit. He joined BEL’s Bangalore Complex in the year 1978, soon after he completed BE (Mechanical) from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra (Haryana).

During his tenure in the organisation so far, he has served as Additional General Manager (Systems) and Additional General Manager (Antenna) at BEL-Ghaziabad from 2004-2008 and GM of BEL’s Navi Mumbai Unit in 2008. He enjoyed a two-year stint in BEL Navi Mumbai, after which he was posted at BEL-Bangalore as GM (Export Manufacturing) in 2010. In 2013, he took charge as GM (Missile Systems).
