ON Semiconductor has launched six new AEC-Q101 qualified logic level, single channel, power Mosfets for automotive modules in small and flat lead packages.
Features and USP: They are available in 5 x 6 mm SO-8FL package and 3.3 x 3.3 mm WDFN-8 package. They have a 50 per cent or smaller footprint compared to industry standard DPAK packages, yet offer the same or lower ‘on’ resistance. They are ideal for load switching, DC-DC conversion, and power management in automotive applications such as fuel injection systems and motor control drivers.
With combinations of 30 V, 40 V and 60 V, N and P channel devices, they offer customers a wide choice for their new product designs. These devices are low on resistance, which minimises conduction and power losses. These new MOSFET devises are priced between US$ 0.39 and US$ 0.60 per unit in 1,500 unit quantities.
