Eyeing to advance in PCB development, Indium Corporation appoints Wisdom Qu as the Senior Product Manager for PCB assembly products and Kevin Brennan as Senior Product Development Specialist.
Indium Corporation has announced the promotion of two key team members. Wisdom Qu has been appointed Senior Product Manager for PCB (printed circuit board) assembly products, and Kevin Brennan has been named Senior Product Development Specialist.
In her new position, Qu will lead market development and product launches for new solder pastes. Her efforts will support the adoption of products including Durafuse LT, Durafuse HR, and Indium 12.9 HF, in sectors such as automotive electronics and high-performance computing.
Qu will also support global sales teams, enhance customer engagement, and coordinate across functions to fast-track new product development. “Wisdom’s deep understanding of PCB assembly materials and market trends has been instrumental in driving strategic growth,” said Christopher Bastecki, Director of Electronics Assembly Materials.
Brennan, meanwhile, will focus on product innovation in collaboration with R&D and marketing. He is currently supporting the expansion of the Durafuse product line and the launch of Indium 12.9HF. His work is aimed at ensuring new products meet both market and technical requirements.
“Kevin’s technical expertise and dedication to product development continue to advance our solder paste solutions,” Bastecki added. “Together, they will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions that empower our customers.”
Qu holds degrees in business and mathematics and is a certified SMT (surface mount technology) process engineer. Brennan holds degrees in chemical engineering and engineering management, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and SMT.
