SEMIFIVE, a leading South Korean design solution provider, collaborates with China-based Atron Technologies through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement focuses on comprehensive semiconductor design and turnkey manufacturing, targeting potential customers in China and offering onsite technical support.
Additionally, SEMIFIVE announces its second mass production milestone of AI inference custom chip, utilising its 14nm AI SoC platform. Furthermore, the company initiates the commercialisation of NPU chips targeting HPC applications, using its 5nm HPC SoC platform in the first half of 2024.
