To facilitate the companies’ entry, MPSEDC has converted an existing facility at the Pardesipura Electronic Complex into bare-shell office space
Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation has issued letters of intent to seven companies in Indore’s IT Park-4 for nearly 45,000 sq ft of ready-to-move-in office space. The investment amount may cross Rs 300 crore, and it is expected that it will create almost 1,280 to 1,500 jobs.
The Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC) has released the LoIs for 44,816 sq ft of ready-to-move-in office space at the Pardesipura Electronic Complex. The selected companies include Singapore-based H-Semi Products and six Indian firms. Their proposed activities will cover semiconductor chip design, research and development (R&D), testing, engineering services and digital content production.
ADT Semiconductors Private Limited, associated with Maven Silicon, has received the largest allocation of 16,508 sq ft for semiconductor design and research activities. The company is expected to generate around 500 jobs. Other semiconductor-related companies receiving space include H-Semi Products, Spintronics AI Semiconductor, Truchip Solutions and Kishkindha International, which will undertake chip design, research, testing and related engineering activities.
SFA Technologies is also among the selected companies, while IKSHVAKUMEDIA will focus on visual effects, post-production design and intellectual property creation across the animation, visual effects, gaming, comics and extended reality (AVGC-XR) sector.
To facilitate the companies’ entry, MPSEDC has converted an existing facility at the Pardesipura Electronic Complex into bare-shell office space. This will allow the selected companies to customise their premises and establish operations without developing independent office infrastructure.
The complex has a total available area of 59,608 sq ft spread across seven floors, of which 44,816 sq ft has been allotted to the seven companies. The remaining space is yet to be allocated.
According to the detailed allotment plan, the companies are expected to create 1,280 direct jobs, including 500 positions from ADT Semiconductors and 780 from the other six companies. However, the broader employment estimate puts the potential at around 1,500 jobs.
The development is expected to strengthen Indore’s technology ecosystem, which already has more than 300 IT companies and around 1,000 startups. By attracting semiconductor engineering and electronics research operations, IT Park-4 could expand the city’s presence in India’s growing semiconductor and electronics industry.
The companies will now need to establish their operations in the allotted premises and implement their proposed investment and recruitment plans. MPSEDC has not yet announced specific operational commencement dates.
