From Silicon Valley to Latin America, Kiran Kumar N. steps into Qubika’s leadership, bringing two decades of experience to shape global embedded engineering strategies.
Qubika has announced the appointment of Kiran Kumar N. as Senior Vice President of Semiconductor and Systems. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he joined the company in January 2026 and is tasked with driving the go-to-market strategy for Qubika’s high-tech portfolio in the semiconductor and systems market.
His role also includes expanding the global reach of the company’s Latin American embedded engineering teams and collaborating across functions to enhance product offerings.
Kumar brings more than 24 years of experience in embedded product engineering, with expertise spanning automotive, industrial IoT, and avionics. His career highlights include leading FPGA-based IP verification and silicon validation systems, ARM-based system‑on‑module development, in-flight infotainment systems, advanced connectivity devices, and software-defined vehicle (SDV) platforms.
The company acknowledged that he has also worked extensively on wireless connectivity devices, edge AI, and computer vision solutions.
Before joining Qubika, Kumar held senior leadership roles at Tessolve, serving as Vice President of Systems and Associate Vice President of Embedded Systems. During his tenure, he managed global business units with full P&L accountability, introduced AI-based tools for hardware validation, expanded partnerships with major semiconductor firms, and added new service lines in functional safety and cybersecurity.
His earlier roles included Director of Engineering and Senior Director of Embedded Systems at Tessolve, where he built CPU module roadmaps, developed automotive strategies, and grew international operations.
Kumar’s career began with engineering roles at TES Electronic Solutions, Inforce Computing, MindTree, Wipro Technologies, and Encore Software Limited, where he gained foundational experience in hardware design, silicon validation, and embedded systems.
Commenting on his appointment, Kumar said he was impressed by Qubika’s growth and vision. In a LinkedIn post, he said, “From the day I started the discussions with Qubika, it has been very interesting conversations and a pleasant experience all the way till this date, touching upon various aspects of vision, strategy for growth in the years to come in the Semiconductor, IoT, AI Security space.”
