Expanding its NCR footprint, PwC India launches a new Gurugram office, signalling long-term growth plans, increased hiring, and a modern, collaborative work environment.
PwC India has opened a new office in DLF Downtown 4, Gurugram, marking its sixth operational site in the National Capital Region (NCR). The facility spans 125,000 square feet (approximately 11,613 square metres) and will accommodate more than 1200 employees, increasing the firm’s regional workforce capacity to nearly 8000.

Designed with open workspaces, collaborative zones, and technology-enabled meeting areas, the new office aims to support a hybrid working model and cross-functional teams.
The company mentioned the design of the new office reflects a shift towards more flexible and inclusive work environments. Employees will have access to shared spaces and digital infrastructure intended to support a range of working styles.
The move comes amid PwC’s ongoing expansion across key Indian markets. With approximately 30,000 employees across 20 locations nationwide, the firm continues to strengthen its footprint in urban centres with access to talent and clients.
Speaking at the opening, Sanjeev Krishan, Chairperson of PwC in India, said: “We chose to expand in Gurugram because of its deep talent pool and connectivity. This location enables us to bring more of our teams together in one place, which we believe supports better collaboration and delivery.”
He further added, “The NCR continues to be a strategic region for us, and this investment reflects our long-term plans to scale up operations here.”
In addition to its NCR expansion, PwC is preparing to open two new offices in Mumbai in 2025. The upcoming additions are expected to support the firm’s operations in India’s financial capital and provide employees with more location flexibility.
