Enlite Partners with Superb Realty to Deploy AI-Powered Building Intelligence Platform

Superb Realty will integrate Enlite’s proprietary platform across its projects to create a digital replica of each asset.

Smart building technology company Enlite has entered into a strategic partnership with real estate developer Superb Realty to deploy its flagship integrated intelligence platform, Know Your Building®, at Superb Altura and the developer’s upcoming commercial project in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The development, spanning more than 3 lakh sq. ft., marks a significant step toward transforming conventional building operations through real-time intelligence and automation.

Under the collaboration, Superb Realty will integrate Enlite’s proprietary platform across its projects to create a digital replica of each asset. The system consolidates data, controls, and operational intelligence from critical building systems into a unified platform, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and autonomous operations.

Built on Enlite’s vertically integrated intellectual property stack, Know Your Building® is designed to identify operational issues before they escalate, optimize performance across multiple touchpoints, and reduce reliance on manual intervention. The platform aims to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and occupant experience while delivering measurable outcomes throughout a building’s lifecycle.

“The next generation of buildings will be defined not only by their architecture or amenities, but by how intelligently they perform every day,” said Garima Bharadwaj, Co-founder and CTO of Enlite. “By embedding intelligence into the very fabric of the building, we are creating a foundation for better experiences, greater efficiency, and measurable outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle.”

Highlighting the growing importance of smart infrastructure in commercial real estate, Gaurav Bali, Co-founder and CEO of Enlite, said that operational intelligence is rapidly becoming a baseline requirement rather than a competitive differentiator. He noted that future commercial buildings will be judged not just by their design, but by how effectively and intelligently they operate.

Superb Realty, known for developing premium urban commercial spaces, has built its reputation around four core pillars: advanced technology, thoughtful design, sustainability, and wellness-focused infrastructure. The company views intelligent building management as a critical component of future-ready developments.

“We design spaces for a highly discerning clientele who expect their environment to work smartly,” said Shilpin Tater, Managing Director of Superb Realty. “By anchoring Enlite’s Know Your Building® solution at the core of our upcoming projects, we are moving beyond static building management toward an era of true real-time responsiveness.”

The partnership comes amid rising demand from occupiers and investors for operational efficiency, sustainability, and improved indoor environmental quality. With intelligent buildings increasingly becoming an industry necessity, the deployment at Superb Altura is expected to establish a scalable framework that can be replicated across Superb Realty’s future developments, setting new benchmarks for smart and sustainable commercial real estate.
